| AVAILABILITY: |
| We
understand that buying on-line requires
a lot of trust on the part of the
customer. With this in mind,
we strive to bring you quality goods
at the lowest price possible exactly
as represented. Occasionally
a supplier doesn't come through on
their end or has discontinued an
item. Please be sure your phone
number and email address is on your
order so we can contact you should
this unlikely event happen. |
| SHIPPING: |

If an item is not in our warehouse, we
will contact you for instructions on
splitting up the order or waiting to
ship until we receive the item (usually
within another day or two). We
will also let you know if an item is
back-ordered (we dislike that word as
much as you do) or even worse,
discontinued. Oversized items will
be shipped the best possible way to your
door, and will result in a slightly
higher shipping cost than shown on your
order confirmation. Please allow
additional time. |
| RETURNS: |
| Should
you find that the item you ordered
is defective, we will replace it
immediately upon return within 30
days. Unfortunately, yard goods
that have been cut from a full roll
or marked cannot be accepted for
return, so please measure carefully
and check colors prior to ordering,
preview swatches are highly recommended. Credit
on returned items will be issued
the same way that it was paid for
originally less 20% re-stocking fee
and shipping charges, unless the
item is found to be defective by
the manufacturer. |

PLACED BY PHONE: |
| Called
in orders are confirmed by us through
email prior to processing. This
prevents any misunderstanding about
what was ordered by either party. These
orders are generally slower to ship
due to communication time. The
sooner you confirm the order by fax
or email the sooner it will ship.
Please do not call to confirm, it
must be in writing. |

| All
manufacturers warrantees are passed
on to the purchaser. Please
read them carefully for their conditions. No
other warrantees are expressed or
implied by the Canvas Dealer. |

or in our catalog, please ask... we
may already have it in our warehouse. If
not, we will be happy to try to find

LIMITS TO LIABILITY: |

reserve the right to correct any
incorrect entry of information whether
by us or through a "glitch" in the
online processes. We will honor
individual pricing on an item, however,
discounts, coupons, taxes, shipping and
problems with the online data system
will be at our discretion to honor or
correct. The customer will have
the option to cancel the order upon
notification of such a problem.
