Refunds for defective items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for fabric cannot be accepted due to the fact that your yardage requirements will unlikely match someone elses for the same color. For this reason please verify the color you have chosen for accuracy. Do not rely on monitor images as there can be wide variations in presentation. Please request a preview swatch if you are not sure of the color.
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the item is found to be defective by the manufacturer.
Please contact us prior to sending a return for a verification code.
Shipping charges are not refundable on packages that have been returned to us as "undeliverable" if the label address is the same as entered on your order form. Please check the address when ordering to be sure that you do not need to update an existing account.
