we have reduced our shipping days 
to twice a week! 
How much is shipping   
FREE Shipping on orders over $150.00 for a limited time on internet orders only, regular shipping charges apply to phone orders.  Available in the Contiguous US (ALASKA is not free).  Outside Contiguous US you will be emailed your shipping total prior to shipping.  For orders under $150.00 and phone orders See Standard Shipping Chart
I placed my order, now what?
You will receive an email notification from either QUANTUM NOTIFICATION- (which is UPS) or USPS (postal system) when your order ships.  If your items are small (less than 1lb.) they will be mailed Priority Mail which is a 2-3 day delivery once shipped.  You will receive your package before the tracking info gets updated by the US mail.  Please do not delete the email without writing the tracking number down.  You will not receive a shipping email on swatch orders.  They are sent by regular mail.
When will my order be sent? 
Your order generally takes 48-72 hours to process and package for shipping (weekends don't count).  Even if you requested a faster shipping method please allow this time.  We observe all National holidays and are not open weekends.  Please allow extra time during these busy seasons and for closures.  You can email a request for quicker shipping methods on your particular items.  We cannot offer express shipping on all items so there is not an option at check out.
I received my order now what?    What if there is a problem?
Care has been taken to ensure that your order is complete and packed safely.  Please check the order immediately to verify the contents and to make sure there is no damage.  You must document any damage with the delivery company at the time of delivery.  Claims must be filed within 48 hours of your receipt of the package!

 

I placed a phone order, now what?
Your order will be entered into the system at the end of the day.  You will be emailed an invoice with the totals.  Phone orders are slower and take additional time to enter.  Processing and packaging is generally 48-72 business hours (weekends don't count). 

 

How can I get my tracking number if I deleted the email?

To obtain your tracking number please email  the following information; your name, order number and date the order was placed.  A response will follow within 48 hours with your number.  Please do not call for the number as we no longer have access to this information.  An independent company is now handling the UPS shipments for us.  If your order was shipped to a PO Box, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other US territory, your order will be delivered via the United States Postal Service and cannot be tracked.

Do you ship to Canada?
Not at this time

 

Do you ship to Hawaii and Alaska?
Yes, shipping will be sent US Postal (some size/weight restrictions may apply) and will be calculated and emailed to you prior to processing your order. NO FREE SHIPPING.
